Which credit cards do you accept?
Visa and Mastercard cards are accepted, as well as debit cards which bear the Visa or Mastercard logo. Regretfully, Discover and American Express are not accepted. Back to Top

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can, but you will be charged for the amount of work already completed on your custom manufactured product. You should notify us as soon as possible if you have a change to make in the order. If the order has already been sent to the plant we will attempt to cancel the order, but cannot guarantee that the cancellation will be possible. If you do receive an order that was canceled, accept delivery of the item and call our Customer Service Center for return instructions. Back to Top

I canceled my order but I haven't received a credit yet. How long do credits take?
We submit all requests for credits within 24 hours of receipt; however, it may take 7-10 business days for you to receive your credit. You should see this on your next credit card statement or the following one, depending on where you are in your billing cycle. Back to Top

Can I return an item that is damaged, defective, or I just don't want?
Damaged merchandise is usually handled through the carrier, (for example,UPS). If time permits, it is a good idea to have us make a sample of the design for your approval before we make the whole order. Remember, we are custom making this item for you. This is not off-the-shelf merchandise.

Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions.

Personalized items are special order merchandise and are not returnable. They can only be returned if damaged or defective. Back to Top

What happens if the item I ordered takes longer to make?
We ship most orders before the estimated delivery date in the vast majority of cases. On occasion, however, an order may be delayed due to special circumstances beyond our control. In the unlikely event there is a change or delay in filling your order, we will notify you via phone, postal mail or email. Back to Top

Why was I charged sales tax on my purchase?
State tax is applied to an item if the shipping address state is Idaho. If you have a valid Idaho Sales Tax Number we can waive the charge for this tax. Back to Top

Shipping FAQs

How long will it take to receive my order?
The standard shipping time for orders shipped via UPS ground is 5-10 days, unless we use overnight FEDEX or AIRBOURNE (at higher cost to you). Back to Top

Can I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box?
No. The vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via UPS, and a valid street address is needed to ensure proper delivery. If a P.O. Box is used as a shipping address, an error message will appear when submitting the order. We also cannot deliver to A.P.O., F.P.O. or foreign addresses. Back to Top

Can I ship my order to a different address?
Yes! When you place your order and come to the Check Out screen, just replace your address with the address you want to ship your merchandise to, then continue. Remember to use a street address, not a Post Office Box, for any shipping address. Back to Top

How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges vary according to product weight, insured value, and destination.
Because your order will be custom maunfactured it will be shipped from our Idaho location. Therefore, we are not able to reduce shipping charges for any reason.
Most products are shipped via UPS (because they offer package insurance and excellent tracking software). Select products offer an express shipping option. In most cases, this rapid delivery requires an additional fee. Back to Top
